Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to assist the Company Secretary in ensuring seamless compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to our group companies/ LLPs. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008, along with strong drafting and coordination skills. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Statutory Compliance: Assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with all applicable sections, rules, and provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Support in maintaining statutory registers and records as per Secretarial Standards and applicable laws. 2. Documentation & Drafting: Draft Notices, Agendas, Minutes, Board Resolutions, Board Reports, and other statutory documents. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory requirements. 3. Form Filing & Legal Support: Assist in preparation and filing of relevant forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for all group companies and LLPs. Coordinate the preparation, finalization, and execution of documents required by banks, statutory bodies, and other authorities. 4. Liaison & Coordination: Liaise with regulatory authorities (such as MCA, ROC) and external professionals (consultants, auditors, legal advisors) as required. Provide support in managing timely communication and documentation during the course of execution of various assignments. ⸻ Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: Pursuing/completed CS Executive or Professional; or Graduate with relevant experience in corporate compliance. Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and Secretarial Standards. Good drafting and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal operations is a plus.
