Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing EdTech team during the night shift . You will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in international markets (especially the US/UK). If you are a strong communicator with a sales mindset and are comfortable working night hours, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with prospective students or clients through calls, emails, and live chats. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or learning programs. Drive enrollments and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up with leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and update CRM systems regularly. Conduct online demos, webinars, or consultations with potential customers. Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve pitch strategies and customer experience. Gather market insights and provide feedback on product offerings and user behavior Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
