Best place for shoe purchase. But all the more credit should goto the team - Farooq, Anusha, and Nitu - who takes every customer seriously and treats like a king and patiently helps with all the options and ensures that the experience is amazing. Kudos to Bata for hiring such great talents and thanks to Farooq and Nitu team

Had a bad experience with the staff, asked for one model of scholl footwear, they don't have the colour, and the footwear looks like old ones. The staff could not even pack the footwear properly in the box , when i told them im gifting it. Very unhappy with the experience.

Staff not even trying to interact with customers. Worst experience. We Customer has to ask multiple times before a staff responds to them. No wonder the store is empty.

This outlet don't have enough stock. Had three bad experience instances. Went to buy some specific varieties but found not available. Also the sales representatives here are not that friendly. You have to call them many times and litterly wait for their time.
