Backend Developer

You will be joining Hancod, a fast-moving, innovation-driven startup known for developing Duxbe, an AI-powered Point of Sale (POS) and ERP solution. As a Back-End Developer at Hancod, you will be a part of the core product team, contributing significantly to building and managing the backend infrastructure for various projects. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate and implement features seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs. Furthermore, you will work on managing databases using PostgreSQL (Supabase), implementing user authentication, authorization, and role management, and building backend logic for ERP modules such as inventory, billing, and HR. Ensuring application performance, scalability, error handling, debugging, and optimizing backend code for reliability and speed are also key aspects of the role. Documenting system architecture and backend processes will be crucial for effective communication within the team. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Supabase (or Firebase), SQL, PostgreSQL, and backend development is essential. You should possess the ability to write optimized, secure, and well-documented backend code and have exposure to building ERP/business modules.
