Inward/Outward Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:Keeping track of stock levels, receiving incoming materials, and dispatching outgoing goods.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of all inward and outward movements, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Receiving and Dispatch:Managing the physical receipt of goods and preparing them for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Data Entry:Recording all transactions and movements in relevant systems, such as ERP or inventory management software.
• Compliance:Ensuring all processes adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant regulations.
• Communication:Interacting with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to coordinate material flow.
• Physical Handling:May involve some physical tasks related to loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
• Other Tasks:Depending on the specific role, may also involve tasks like petty cash management, cashier activities, or customer service (for counter sales).
