Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to generate leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to potential customers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Product Sales).
  • Strong knowledge of Business To Business (B2B) sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
