Will be working on both residential & corporate interior projects Managing the project in all the stages Concept, Presentation, Design Development, Co-ordination & Execution Preparation of BOQs & Estimates Preparation of working / detailed drawings Preparing layout with understanding of all services and technicalities Attending client meetings, taking briefs/inputs from clients for designing and giving presentations Thorough Market knowledge and analysis on various products and offerings Independent on site co-ordination & supervision Coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Vendors Coordination with site supervisor for snags Should be well versed in all the relevant latest versions of Softwares Desired Candidate Profile: B.
