AWS Trainer ( Fresher )

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, lab exercises, demonstrations, quizzes, and assessment tools, aligned with AWS best practices and certification requirements.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) on a wide range of AWS topics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
• Hands-on Guidance: Provide practical, real-world examples and hands-on guidance to help learners set up AWS environments, configure services, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce their understanding of AWS technologies
• Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge and stay current with the latest AWS services, features, updates, and industry trends. Incorporate new advancements into training programs as appropriate.
• Learner Support: Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to maximize comprehension and engagement. Answer technical questions during and after training sessions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with curriculum development teams, technical experts, sales, and client stakeholders to ensure course content aligns with industry standards, client needs, and business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations, making adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
