Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools. Key Responsibilities: Understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions using the company's area of expertise or services. Providing technical expertise during the sales process, including presentations, and technical support. Collaborating with engineering team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and to relay customer feedback. Market Survey to understand the over all market in the company area of expertise & possibility of venturing in to new area. Preparing and delivering technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Negotiating and closing sales deals. Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new area of developments. Ensuring customer satisfaction with technical solutions and post-sales support. Gathering and analysing customer feedback to improve products and services.
