To execute the production plan for the Conversion Section of a Corrugated Box manufacturing unit Ensure high productivity and proper manpower deployment Ensure correct quality Align with delivery schedules Highlight problems being faced Interact with maintenance teams and up stream teams to resolve machine and quality issues.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems & machinery and equipment. - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems and suggest process enhancements. - Collaborate with team members to diagnose and fix complex problems. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. - Provide technical support to other departments as needed. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with electrical circuits, systems, and equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. - Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols is welcome - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
