The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring product quality, and supervising the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily shopfloor operations and ensure timely production. Implement and monitor quality control processes. Supervise and train shopfloor employees to enhance performance. Coordinate with procurement for material availability. Maintain production logs and progress reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or shopfloor management. Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills.
