Job Description

What Youll Do

Own end-to-end automation for web, mobile (Android), and backend APIs.
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, RestAssured or Playwright).
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, or similar).
Write reusable, scalable test scripts for regression, sanity, and smoke suites.
Proactively identify test gaps and catch bugs before our users do.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer success to clarify and refine test scenarios.
Set up observability for test executions (reporting, dashboards, flaky test detection).
Drive a culture of test-first thinking in sprints and releases.

What You Bring to the Table

2-4 years of hands-on experience in test automation for large-scale applications.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and basic DevOps workflows.
Ability to think critically, break systems, and root cause failures.
Strong communication and ownership mindset—you don’t wait for others to fix what’s broken.
