You are a highly skilled Automation Architect with over 8 years of experience, specializing in designing and developing robust automation frameworks. Your expertise lies in JavaScript, cloud technologies, AI-driven QA innovation, and security best practices. As a key member within the fintech domain, you are responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of critical financial applications. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable UI automation frameworks using JavaScript tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Webdriver.io, as well as BDD (Cucumber). You will also build robust API automation using tools like Rest Assured and define performance testing strategies utilizing tools like JMeter and Gatling. Your role involves architecting and implementing AI-based solutions tailored for QA, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards, and integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with DevOps and QA teams is essential to embed automation in the SDLC, emphasizing secure coding and testing practices. Your expertise in driving test automation strategy and providing architectural guidance across QA teams will be crucial. Staying updated on emerging trends in QA automation, AI in testing, and cybersecurity, especially in regulated environments, is also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess 8+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on JavaScript-based frameworks and hands-on expertise in UI and API automation, as well as performance testing tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, Git, and Allure is essential, along with working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Demonstrated experience in building or integrating AI-based QA solutions and solid understanding of security best practices, particularly in fintech or regulated domains, are required. Excellent communication and technical leadership skills will help you succeed in this position. Nice to have qualifications include cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP), experience with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with service virtualization and test data management tools, and exposure to secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and compliance standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 2.,
