Job Title: Sales Head VinFast Dealership Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Company: Autohitech VinFast Reporting To: Director / Dealer Principal Department: Sales Experience Required: 10+ years in automotive sales, with at least 23 years in a Sales Head role (premium or electric vehicle brand experience preferred) Education: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) Position Overview: Autohitech VinFast, Kolkata's flagship dealership for the premium EV brand VinFast , is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead its passenger car sales vertical. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, customer-centric execution, and seamless coordination with the OEM to ensure delivery excellence and volume growth in a rapidly evolving electric vehicle market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Growth Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by VinFast India and dealership leadership Build and manage sales funnels (walk-ins, digital leads, referrals) ensuring high conversion rates Identify local market trends and competitor activities to develop winning sales propositions and offers Team Management & Development Lead a team of Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and CRM executives, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture Track daily performance metrics including enquiry handling, test drives, booking ratios, and retail targets Conduct regular product training, soft-skills sessions, and field coaching for the team Customer Experience & Brand Representation Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction from enquiry to delivery, maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Establish showroom SOPs aligned with VinFasts global brand standards and digital-first customer journey Handle escalations and high-value clients directly when needed Revenue Management & Target Achievement Drive sales across new car retail, finance & insurance, EV charging packages, and accessories Maximize per-unit profitability while ensuring competitive pricing strategies Liaise with Used Car division (if present) for exchange offers and cross-promotions OEM Coordination & Compliance Work closely with VinFast India territory and regional teams for forecasting, inventory planning, scheme rollouts, and corporate sales programs Ensure compliance with all VinFast dealership standards including DMS usage, digital reporting, and audit protocols Regularly submit MIS, stock aging reports, and campaign performance reviews Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership in premium or electric vehicle car sales Excellent understanding of customer behavior in urban premium markets like Kolkata Strong negotiation, communication, and team-building skills Data-driven, goal-oriented, and digitally savvy (CRM, DMS, MS Excel, etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action Preferred Background: Prior experience with EV brands (e.g.,MG, BYD, Hyundai , etc.) or premium car dealerships (e.g., Skoda, VW, Toyota, Jeep) Exposure to digital lead management platforms and EV ecosystem products (chargers, apps, services) Experience in launching a new brand or model will be an advantage
