Job Summary We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to lead our social media and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing Astra Cybertech’s online presence, building engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, and supporting content creation that showcases our work, culture, and industry leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of a fast-growing cybersecurity company. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Own and manage Astra’s official handles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. Plan, schedule, and post regular content aligned with brand messaging. Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster engagement. 2. Content Creation & Engagement Develop engaging and brand-aligned content in collaboration with the design team. Share updates on completed projects, testimonials, internal milestones, and team stories. Create awareness posts around cybersecurity trends, industry days, and relevant news. Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistency in publishing. 3. Branding & Positioning Ensure Astra’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging remain consistent across platforms. Contribute to strengthening Astra’s image as a credible and innovative cybersecurity brand. 4. Marketing Support & Coordination Support creation of marketing materials such as brochures, decks, and banners. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, HR) to gather content ideas and company updates. Work with external vendors/designers when required. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, followers, and content performance. Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Analyze what works and continuously refine strategy to improve impact. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media or content marketing (preferably in B2B or tech). Strong written and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and basic analytics. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai . As an Associate Consultant, you will assist in delivering GRC-related services to clients across various industries, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal control evaluations. Support the implementation and maintenance of GRC tools and platforms. Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and help design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Conduct gap assessments and help prepare audit and regulatory readiness documentation. Monitor changes in regulatory and risk landscapes and assist in updating risk registers and compliance matrices accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and legal, to support GRC initiatives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client use. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk management, audit, compliance, or cybersecurity domains. Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, PCI DSS, etc. Understanding of GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
