Role & responsibilities Inspection of incoming materials and Stage inspection for manufactured equipment at all stages. Knowledge on manufacturing process, stage inspection and clearance during equipment manufacturing process. Knowledge in Witnessing WPS, PQR and approval of welders. Knowledge in ISO, ASME, TEMA & API codes and responsible for training and managing teams for respective audits. Responsible for right documentation and maintaining the codes. inspection procedures and records. Co-ordinating with third party inspection agencies for inspections & approvals. Knowledge in study of equipment drawings and giving right instructions to production team. Educating the workforce on new processes, safety material, welding and other procedures to workmen and shop floor team. Vendor inspections and quality checks of ordered products / materials. Responsible for vendor evaluation and vendor approval. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have 10 years experience in QA/QC function in any heavy fabrication industry. Exotic materials fabrication industry is preferable. Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standard, ASME, TEMA & API codes etc codes. Candidate Should be ASNT level II for RT, UT, MPI & LPI Should have good knowledge of welding procedures on carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic materials like titanium & Nickel alloys. Knowledge in fabrication of heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, tanks & piping equipment. Note: Selected candidate should be ready to relocate to our factory location.
