Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for publishing across platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing tools and capable of bringing sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms (social media, YouTube, websites, internal communications, etc.)
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance final output.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video.
• Review and revise content as per feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the content team, motion graphic designers, and creative heads.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools.
• Manage and organize project files and assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (share portfolio or showreel).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, animations, or visual effects (using After Effects or similar tools).
• Knowledge of different formats, codecs, and output standards.
• Understanding of YouTube/social media platform requirements and trends.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Animation, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Bonus (Optional Add-ons):

• Photography skills
• Voiceover or sound mixing experience
• Experience working in e-learning / corporate training / advertising domain

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,402.33 - ₹35,930.22 per month
