The Associate Tech Specialist collaborates with cross- functional teams, participates in project lifecycles, and contributes to the development and maintenance of technology solutions. Responsibilities : Technical Solution Design and Development : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements, constraints, and dependencies. Design and develop software solutions, applications, or systems in accordance with industry best practices and coding standards. Write efficient, well- structured, and maintainable code using relevant programming languages and frameworks. Conduct testing and debugging of software components to ensure functionality, performance, and quality. Systems Integration and Deployment : Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Participate in the deployment and configuration of software applications and components. Conduct system testing and ensure smooth integration and interoperability with other systems. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during system implementation and post- deployment. Technical Support and Maintenance : Provide technical support and guidance to end- users, addressing issues and inquiries related to software systems. Investigate and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues. Conduct periodic maintenance activities, including software updates, patches, and enhancements. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and availability. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and user manuals. Document software configurations, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, sharing technical expertise and best practices with team members. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and project managers. Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights, updates, and recommendations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate third- party solutions, tools, or services. Continuous Learning and Professional Development : Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the relevant technology domain. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or specialized training in the specific technology domain are advantageous. Proven experience in software development, technical solution design, or a related role. Strong knowledge and proficiency in the specific technology domain, including relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with systems integration principles and techniques.
