Essential Qualifications:

Graduation (BBA/B.Com) relevant to specialization.
Post-Graduation (MBA/M.Com) relevant to specialization.
Professor: Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance (only these specializations considered) 15+ Years total experience.
Associate Professor: Marketing or Finance(only these specializations considered)11+ Years
Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance (only this specialization considered) + 2-10 Years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities (Apply to both roles):
Develop & implement innovative teaching methods.
Guide students in research projects & monitor academic progress.
Create & implement career-enhancement programs.
Supervise teaching assistants.
Participate in departmental/college activities & committees.
Assess & evaluate student activities and progress.
