Associate Product Manager

Your focus will be on identifying and executing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and enhancing user engagement. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and passionate about driving product success in a dynamic tech environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies for our product lines. Analyze market data, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and growth initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product growth success. Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Facilitate agile product development processes aligned with company growth goals. Engage with customers and conduct market research to better understand and advocate for user needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a growth-focused role in a tech environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. A deep interest in technology, product development, and market trends. Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving tech landscape.
