Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials, equipment, and services to ensure timely project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to forecast material requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
