Job Description: Experience needed: Fresher’s Qualification – B.A & BSc (2022-2024 pass out) Salary Range: Negotiable Shift Timing – 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (drop facility by cab will be provided) Location - Chennai Interview Date - 8th May, Thursday & 9th May, Friday Mode of Interview - Face-to-Face Job Category: Associate Function/Department: Operations Reporting to: Team Lead Roles & Responsibilities (Indicative not exhaustive) A claims examiner needs to analyse multiple documents / contracts and decide to pay / deny the claim submitted by member or providers with respect to client specifications. The claims examiner should also route the claim to different department or provider / member for any missing information that required for claims adjudication. The claims need to be completed adhering to required TAT and quality SLA. Key Results Production, Quality Shift and reporting adherence Process knowledge
