Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Director - Software Engineering to lead our India based development teams. The candidate must have extensive experience with Microsoft technology stack, with some experience in Power Platform, and a proven track record of managing development teams in India integrated with US teams and overseen by multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Be a hands-on leader who leads & manages software engineering teams based in India, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize application performance and scalability. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience in Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, Azure, SQL Server, with knowledge of Power Apps, cybersecurity best practices, and secure coding standards. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in Azure DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code along with strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Experience with cloud architecture and services, particularly Azure. Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools. Experience working in a large matrix organization, with proven experience in managing onshore and offshore development teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
