Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Location: Mumbai, Mulund (W)

1. Sales Ownership & Target Achievement Take full ownership of product sales within the assigned B2B product range. Continuously generate orders and aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Key Account Management, B2B Segment. Identify, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and solution-based selling.

3. Product Demonstration & Promotion Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential and existing B2B clients. Communicate the value proposition clearly to drive interest and sales.

4. New Business Development Establish new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets. Identify potential clients and initiate conversations to build a pipeline.

5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Regularly visit customers to understand needs and collect feedback. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and service.

6. Competitive Intelligence Keep a close watch on competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings. Share market insights with internal teams to stay ahead.

7. Strategic Sales Planning Design and implement a business plan to drive growth and expand company presence. Align sales efforts with company goals and market opportunities.

8. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate customer and sales data. Present realistic sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.

9. Trade Events & Networking Attend trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking meetings to promote products and generate leads.

10. Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate effectively with customers to close profitable deals. Focus on long-term value creation for both the customer and the company.

Salary between 45,000 to 60,000 K depending on the calibre and interview

Education : Engineering graduates with 2 to 3 yrs of experience. Into KAM or BDM role for meeting the customers B2B Sales direct interaction with corporates and decision makers or c-suite or purchase head etc.
