Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in any relevant field.

Preferably NET/PhD qualified candidates.

Strong academic record and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops to MBA students.

Guiding and mentoring students in their academic and research activities.

Preparing and updating course materials as per curriculum requirements.

Conducting and publishing research in reputed journals.

Active participation in departmental and institutional activities.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in research methodologies and academic writing.

Ability to use innovative teaching methods and tools.
