About the Role

Join the Romila Palliative Care Program, where your care makes a difference. As an Assistant Nurse, you'll be the bridge between the community and the care team — identifying patients, providing basic support at home, and helping families manage with confidence and compassion.

What You'll Do

✅ Identify patients needing palliative care
✅ Raise awareness in the community✅ Provide basic nursing & psychosocial support✅ Follow up on care, medication, and well-being✅ Support with documentation & home visits✅ Coordinate with the team and helplines for referrals✅ Participate in micro-planning, training, and surveys

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification: SSC/HSC + Nursing Assistant Course
• Experience: 1–2 years in community health, palliative or social care
• Skills: Compassionate, organized, good communicator, committed
