Job Title: Assistant Manager Warehouse (Raw Material) Department: Central Purchase Work Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years Educational Qualification: Graduate or BBA with a PG Diploma in Material Management (1st Division Preferred) Reporting To: GM – Purchase Travel Requirements: Very Limited About the Role: We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Raw Material) to support our Central Purchase operations at our Bhiwadi facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of raw material warehousing including inventory control, SAP-based documentation, manpower management, and compliance. This is a strategic role that requires strong coordination with Purchase, Production, and Audit teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Operations Management Oversee end-to-end operations for raw material storage and movement: GRN, stacking, binning, and issuance. Ensure implementation of warehouse standards like FIFO , 5S , and Lean Storage Practices . Conduct regular physical stock verification and drive zero-discrepancy culture. 2. SAP & Inventory Management Manage all inventory transactions using SAP – MM Module . Ensure 100% real-time and accurate stock entries. Monitor reorder levels and highlight stock shortages or surpluses. 3. Data Management & Reporting Maintain MIS reports, stock analysis, and dashboards using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Analyze material consumption trends and suggest inventory optimization strategies. 4. Coordination & Compliance Work closely with Purchase and Production teams to align inventory with demand planning. Ensure all warehousing practices comply with internal policies and safety standards. Facilitate internal and external audits. 5. Team Leadership Supervise a team of warehouse staff and workers. Ensure proper shift management, training, and discipline within the team. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in raw material warehousing in a manufacturing environment . Proficiency in SAP – MM Module is a must. Strong command over Advanced Excel tools for analytics and reporting. Experience in managing manpower (staff and workers) in a warehouse setting. Exposure to warehouse audits, stock verification, and safety compliance. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead process improvement initiatives.
