We are a fintech start-up based out of Bangalore. We are three founders onto our 2nd innings. All three of us are ex-bankers. Nitin and Viraj are successful entrepreneurs, and Amit is a seasoned banker. We are already profitable, in a path to aggressive growth with good foundations.

• Chartered Accountant qualified in May-2025 attempt (Preferably in First attempt)

• Managing MIS end to end, including Investor MIS, variance analysis etc.
• Lead Audit Process, Internal Control and other Compliance.
• Tracking key financial metrics of the business and work with tech team to automate standard MIS.
• Managing the cost lines, tracking them closely and looking for opportunities for cost optimization.
• Translating business metrics and P&L insights into actionable strategies and continuously optimizing performance.
• Work with other business team for better business decisions and structuring of optimum commercials.

What will you have to do?

You will be actively involved in reporting business financial metrics for Finnable, taxation, audits, implementing process excellence and collaborating with functions to maximize success and effectiveness.
