Key Responsibilities:

• Head the Calcination Production department to achieve targeted output through optimized kiln operations.
• Drive all production-related technical and administrative functions of the coke calciner.
• Lead, train, and guide the production team to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials (LSHS Oil, DD Oil, Hydrated Lime, etc.) and monitor their consumption.
• Plan production in coordination with Quality Control inputs, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
• Supervise refractory application processes and manage refractory stock levels.
• Perform regular quality objective reviews and risk assessments for key production processes.
• Act as the site incident controller during emergency situations; coordinate with the main controller for effective incident management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Drive health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices by identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and safety violations.
• Lead awareness initiatives and QMS & SHEMS objective achievements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in kiln operations (preferably in cement or calcination plants).
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role above the manager level.
