  • Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance on hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth room preparation and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms, billing statements, and communication logs.
