Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Recordkeeping

    • Maintain general ledger entries
    • Record and reconcile bank transactions
    • Assist with journal entries
  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

    • Prepare and process invoices
    • Track payments and ensure timely collections
    • Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts
  3. Payroll Assistance

    • Assist with payroll journal entries and reconciliations
  4. Reporting and Documentation

    • Prepare basic financial reports
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
    • Maintain financial documents and filing systems
  5. Audit and Compliance

    • Assist with internal and external audits
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
  6. Software and Tools

    • Use accounting software Oracle
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
