Roles and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute production assembly activities for gear box products in an assembly shop environment. Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower and equipment to meet production targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Conduct quality control checks on assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, labor hours worked, and defect rates. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in Production Assembly or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical). Strong understanding of assembly planning principles and practices. Proficiency in working with various types of machinery used in an assembly shop setting. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
