Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to generalist activities. MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
