BIM Modeler - Architectural / Facade Location: Cochin, Kerala, India Experience: 3+ years Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical About the Role We are looking for BIM Modelers - Architectural / Facade with expertise in CAD-to-BIM model creation and LOD 400 development. The ideal candidates should have strong skills in 3D modeling, detailing, and coordination for facade systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-detail BIM models (LOD 400) for architectural and facade projects. Perform CAD-to-BIM model creation with accuracy and efficiency.
