We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor and Draughtsman for our company on an immediate basis. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status. Develop detailed cost estimates based on design specifications and material requirements. Negotiate with contractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the estimation process. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field (civil engineering background preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation techniques, and tendering processes. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with contractors.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and documentation. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize project efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in civil construction or related field (site engineering). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of building construction processes, materials science, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
