Role & responsibilities Handling Sales Team of the entire region. Earlier experience in Gold loan necessary. Will have a team of SM / GLO / GL RM across the location. Achieving Gold loan targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business. Conducting Training, mentoring the SM / GLO / GL RM across all the locations under his supervision Responsibility includes maintaining good relationship and co-ordination with all team managers of the region to drive business and manage smooth functioning of Gold loan operations. Setting up, managing and arranging of valuers if need be for the location. Working in co-ordination with the Branch and the CBE team to generate gold loan business. Training the branch and the CBE teams and ensure that maximum business is generated. Preferred candidate profile Ability to liaison with all other departments, branch banking, CBE team, customers to achieve the desired targets Result oriented Team work Effective communication and Leadership
