Responsibilities: Build and drive the growth of the Life Insurance business in the assigned area. Identify, recruit, and onboard major partners for the Life Insurance segment. Coordinate with the Head Office and all partner insurance companies to ensure timely quotes, policy logins, issuance, and training sessions. Conduct joint calls with the sales team and partners to secure high-value, large-ticket cases. Lead and motivate the team and partners to achieve performance targets, including contests and sales goals. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, specifically in B2B or Agency Channel. Skills & Qualifications: Must have excellent knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes. Strong and proven experience in team handling and leadership.
