Ensure that the critical operating parameters are kept under control Operational Excellence Ensure flame of burner is working properly Supervising operators/labor while tapping and ensuring correct procedure is followed Ensure ladle are empty and ready to use in time and there is no delay in collecting lead due to unavailability of ladle Health, Safety and Environment Ensure everybody is wearing PPE and following the Health and Safety rules and regulations in smelting production floor. Maintain 5 S to keep working area neat and clean and to avoid accidents.
