Architectural Interior Designer-Ahmedabad

We are looking a talented and creative Architectural Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and interior design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that enhance the user experience. This role will focus on designing and managing interior spaces for our own building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop and present design concepts and plans, including sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.
• Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the overall design concept and project objectives.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with the architectural vision.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are being met and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and best practices in interior design and architecture.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to the development team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Interior Designer or similar role, preferably with experience in building development projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly those related to building development.
