Application Specialist

Job Title: Application Specialist - Medical Device

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support the sales and clinical teams in promoting our medical device products in Chennai and Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical devices, excellent communication skills, and experience in providing technical support and training to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and training to customers, sales teams, and clinical staff on the use and application of medical device products.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.

2. Product Demonstration:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of medical device products.

- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.

3. Clinical Support:

- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand their needs and provide support in the use of medical device products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders.

4. Sales Support:

- Support sales teams in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.

- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to sales teams to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 6 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or a related field.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical engineering, life sciences, or healthcare.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and their applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in providing technical support and training to customers.
