Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration with other systems.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, and customizations.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting and analytics.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM security and access control.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment and administration. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
