Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CC&B code deployment knowledge- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle- Experience in leading application design and configuration- Knowledge of software development methodologies- Hands-on experience in application deployment and maintenance Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Deployment Management- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
