We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally for our electrical trading business located at Saibaba Colony. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, billing, record maintenance, and statutory filings. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally Generate sales and purchase invoices Maintain and reconcile books of accounts Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Maintain records of all financial transactions and documentation Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment status Assist with bank transactions, reconciliations, and ledgers Prepare reports as required by the management Requirements: Proven experience in accounting and billing using Tally Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Minimum qualification: B.Com or related degree Prior experience in an electrical trading or similar business is an added advantage Work Location: On-site at our office in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore
