Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and communicative Placement Relationship Executive (PRE) to manage and support the placement lifecycle of our candidates. The PRE will serve as a vital link between the students and potential employers, ensuring smooth coordination and successful placement closures. Key Responsibilities: Regularly follow up with onboarded candidates to track their course progress. Provide support and resolve queries related to training, placement, and resume building. Help candidates build and refine their resumes to align with job requirements. Identify and connect with recruiters actively hiring for relevant job roles. Promote and push candidate profiles to suitable employers. Ensure successful placement of candidates by facilitating interview processes and maintaining follow-ups. Focus on closing client requirements and delivering end-to-end service. Required Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
