Job Description : 1) Ensure proper screening of all donors before donation 2) Conduct phlebotomy of the donor and follow best phlebotomy practices in adherence to SOPs 3) Collect blood samples for testing 4) Follow Apheresis procedure 5) Ensure donor engagement while donation and handle donor reactions 6) Maintain stock of emergency medicines 7) Preparation of Blood Bags 8) Attend blood drives and Blood Mobile Van schedule.
