Job Description

Skills Required:

High level of proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is desirable
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability to identify, build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a balance between partnering and challenging
Attention to detail, review, and accuracy of deliverables

Responsibilities:

Manage end to end vendor & subcontractor onboarding process
Vendor management - Empanel and re-empanel vendors
Admin work - Maintain organized records and trackers
Managing BGV/Onboarding/extension

Qualification:

Be a qualified graduate/post-graduate – BCom , BCA, BBA (2024-2025 batch)
Should be a Fresher or 1-2 years of work experience
Experience in working with senior management effectively is desirable
Self-starter and ability to find solutions and deliver results
Well-organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
