Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and competent Anaesthesia Registrar to join our Anaesthesiology team. The candidate will assist senior anaesthesiologists in delivering safe and effective anaesthesia care during surgeries and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of anaesthesia (general, regional, and local) across various surgical disciplines.

Monitor patients during procedures and in the immediate post-operative phase.

Support pre-operative evaluations and post-anaesthesia care, including pain management.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and anaesthesia records.

Work closely with the surgical and critical care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in emergency and critical care situations under supervision.

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

MBBS with specialization in Anaesthesiology (Diploma/DNB/MD).

Valid registration with MCI or relevant State Medical Council.

Good understanding of anaesthesia equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts and attend emergency calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ICU and trauma anaesthesia will be an advantage.

Exposure to NABH-accredited hospital settings preferred.
