Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, planning) to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various ERP and supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA). Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions. Provide regular and ad hoc reports to management with actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a similar MIS or supply chain analytics role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
