AM/DM - COLOR MATERIAL AND FINISH DESIGNER

As a Color Material and Finish Designer for interior, exterior, and accessory parts of both existing and new automobile models, your main responsibilities will include conducting design research for new projects, ideation, conceptualization, hand sketching of new fabric and graphic designs, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to develop new fabrics, finishes, and graphics. Additionally, you will assist studio leadership with design projects, interact with engineering staff and suppliers, and ensure that designs meet the required standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in graphic design, color harmony, and textile design. A passion for automobiles and a good understanding of current and future global trends are essential. You should also have excellent design presentation skills, be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CG simulation software is a must to succeed in this position.,
