Role & responsibilities Training Delivery : Conduct new hire training on domain, communication, soft skills, and travel induction. Hiring & Onboarding : Identify and hire candidates matching client and process expectations. Performance Management : Take end-to-end ownership of training throughput, certification, and early production performance. Reporting : Share internal and client training reports accurately and on time. Content Creation & TNI : Conduct Training Need Identification and update pre-process modules accordingly. Knowledge Management : Implement monthly floor checks, refreshers, and upskill programs. Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively coordinate with internal teams and clients. Coaching & Development : Design and deliver interventions including one-on-one coaching, classroom sessions, and on-floor activities.
